Urban Criminal Billy by Jure Gavran was first introduced in NYCC back in Feb. this year. However, it has not released ever since. This year @ SDCC, Kuso Designer Toys has the opportunity to officially release this figure. It's limited to 250 pcs worldwide, and only 75 pcs will be sold @ SDCC. So be ready to hunt!!
